If Firefox is set as your default browser, you could do this indirectly usin Windows task scheduler.
You could set up two tasks which reference the URL, e.g. http://www.google.com and http://www.freebsd.org. At the specified time when the URLs "execute" your browser will open to those sites.
Dunno if an extension for Firefox exists to do this, but if not this might work in a pinch.

Is there an PC app that will work with Firefox 3 to access a desired website at a programmed time?
I like the feature on the DVR on my Dish Network that will go to a certain channel at a certain time. I would like to do something like that with a couple of web sites so I can automatically check them on a daily basis
