Is there a web browser extension that creates a "whitelist" and blocks all other websites with the ability to set unblock periods?

I am currently using Procon Latte for Firefox, but it doesn't have the feature that I described.

You can also create a user profile with parental controls. I don't know your OS so I can't give specifics.

I am using Leechblock, but it doesn't have the ability to set "unblock" periods for web sites. It can only block specific websites for specified lengths of time. I'm trying to find software than can do the opposite. (block all websites except for ones on a "whitelist" and set periods of time when it isn't disabled.)

I recommend software instead of a plugin. Please check the Kidswatch software and let me know if you need other suggestions.

If you have any other requirements (like free, shareware or open source), or a specific operating system let me know.

It would also help to know if you have administrative access to the machine you're wanting to enhance in case creating a profile and installing specific software is the best solution.

Maybe OpenDNS could do this I know it can whitelist and blacklist all domains but its a matter of whether there is atime frame yo ucan set. My custom router software can do this also.
