Are there any web browser extensions that can be used to block all but a few web sites?

I'm using Leechblock, but it only blocks a select number of web sites. Are there any tools that can block all but a few selected web sites?

In internet explorer, you can white list sites. Go to internet options and then to content and you can manage what sites are allowed to be viewable on your computer.

• That would be useful, but I'm using Firefox and have already found an add-on that does what I need it to do. :)
