Yahoo is committed to incorporating Microformat and RDFa data to make their results more useful. If the data is posted as a date format, then they can harvest and display it as date format and provide you with calendaring functions to use it.
If the data is there and Yahoo TV listings doesn't show it, the Operator toolbar for Firefox add-on will 'see' it and allow you to post it to your calendar.
