We had to write a paper back in high school in English or Lit class about our morals and goals in life. Most famous poets wrote these also.
This was a while ago and the only things I can come up with is a thesis, an autobiographry, or a biography and it is not one of them. So if you are in to poetry or have wrote one of these papers please help.

You don't specify the minimum length, but this seems like it should definitely be autobiographical. You could reflect on how certain experiences in life have shaped who you are and how you approach it.
For example, specific to morals, you could describe some situation where you helped someone who was being picked on despite putting yourself in peril. For goals you could describe a fork in the road in your life in terms of where you sought your passions, and talk about the reasons why you chose one direction over the other.
Lots of possibilities, if you can provide more details maybe more will emerge.
