WBCQ allows brokered time programming on shortwave from the east coast of the US. Is there something similar on the west coast of the US?

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

If there is, it will be one of these;
"# KAIJ – Dr. Gene Scott – Dallas, Texas
http://kaij.us/
# KFBS – Far East Broadcasting Company – Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands
# KHBN – High Adventure Ministries Piti, Guam
# KJES – "The Lord's Station" – Vado, New Mexico
A religious station
# KNLS – Anchor Point, Alaska
http://www.knls.org/
# KSDA – Adventist World Radio – Agat, Guam
# KTWR – Trans World Radio – Agana, Guam
# KVOH – "Voice of Hope" – Rancho Simi, California
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KVOH
# KWHR – "World Harvest Radio" – Naalehu, Hawaii"
These are the private owned shortwave stations west of the Mississippi River. As you can see the only ones in the continental US are KAIJ, KJES, KNLS, and KVOH.
After looking at their various websites, KAIJ may be your best bet.
