What was the RPM used for the Foucault apparatus that determined the speed of light?

Foucault used a speed of 400 rps (24000 rpm). But this speed is not required for the test to work. The NJ Society of Amateur Scientists succeeded with speeds ranging from 64 - 1011 rps (3840 - 60660 rpm).
