There is always a market for anything. The key is finding the right advertising for it.
For instance the skateboard shop posts banners by the skate board parks.
Are you posting by your target audience?
Where are the scuba buyers? Post either in person or by online by the audience you want to draw. Find where people do the sport and post there.
