Well I searched google, as well as Wikipedia, blu-ray.com and Amazon. Also note: someone posted a fake review on Amazon of the twin pack for Blu-Ray. Blu-ray.com lists 2009, but I see that listed no where else. So it just seems to be a guess at this point.
Is there a source you can quote to improve this answer?
