The movie Unstoppable was nominated for an Oscar for Best Sound Editing by Mark. P. Stoeckinger. This is an action thriller movie directed by Tony Scott rookie train operator Will played by Chris Pine and veteran engineer Frank played by Denzel Washington who learned that a runaway train that carries dangerous chemicals is headed to a small Pennsylvania town which is the hometown of Will. His estranged wife and young daughter lives there. To be able to save a lot of lives they must find a way to catch up the train and stop it before it harms the people living in the town.
But the head of the company is preventing them from because he is more interested in saving the stocks than save lives.
On the other hand, they have a corporate and competent employee Connie played by Rosario Dawson who is constantly on the radio talking them through different attempt to sop the lethal locomotive from creating havoc to the said town.
