I think it is a very good signing for the Angels. You are getting very comparable numbers to Milton Bradley for half the price (5 million to 9 million this year) and none of the injury risk. While Abreu is 4 years older, he has played in at least 154 games every year for his career. Bradley's career high is 141 and is a constant injury risk. Solid move for a team that needs bats in their lineup.
