Interesting question. I could certainly see some overlap. But, no, no members of Pink Floyd - which had almost zero turnover - became members of Weather Report.
Now, did anyone who ever played with Weather Report ever play with anyone who ever played with Pink Floyd? I don't know. I went a couple of steps beyond wikipedia's list of "members" of the two groups - there is a cool site called "Weather Report: The Annotated Discography" that lists everyone who played on each album. I reviewed each album's page and cross-checked it against the list of members of Pink Floyd (I remembered 5 of the 6).
However, if YOU would like to take it a step beyond your question ("members"), there is an accessible Wikipedia page listing all musicians who backed up Pink Floyd on their live dates over the years. There MAY be some overlap at that third (or, is it second?) degree of separation.
Thanks for that interesting question! (I really hadn't been a fan of either group before college. Then, when I began to open my mind further, I came to appreciate both of those groups a lot more.)
