In depends where you are. If you are wanting to find parts online, i would suggest ebay. I probably wouldn't suggest craigslist for porsche parts. Most of that stuff isn't that, well, nice enough for a porsche. But if you are trying to find a local place to buy your parts, then I suggest google maps. But be careful on ebay and make sure its not a scam or fraud dealer. Hope I helped!
Hmm, I just read Indiana area. The website below is a great place in Indiana and has Porsche parts! Yay! Check It out!
www.metroautoparts.com/
PS, Im so sorry, Im new and don't know how to make the website link where you can just click on it. =(
You can go to google and type it in. Im sure its just what you need.

But I would recommend you spend some time on ebay and search for specific parts. That's really were you'll get the best deals, and you can have your parts by fedex in a few days.
Just doing a simple search, you come up with some cool parts:

Anyone know of a good place to buy parts (exhaust, heat exchangers, etc.) for a 1978 Porsche 911 SC?
I have a 1978 911 that is in need of some new parts.
I would like to find a place to order from that has reasonable prices.
Preferably in the Indiana area.
