Which cartoon was it on Channel Frederator that featured an Italian or Portuguese song, and a guy swinging around a very tall building?

It was on an episode from a few years ago, I think, and I believe the song and all the dialogue was in Italian. It may have been Portuguese. It was a very visually busy piece. One scene may have included a guy crashing into a building's bathroom. Can you tell me what episode it was on, or the name of it?
