Looking for software camera switching software that supports networked webcams

So basically I want to have a setup just like my idol Leo Laporte but I need to do it cheaply.
Instead of actual video cameras, I have 4 netbooks with webcams. I'm looking for a software video switcher that will send all 4 feeds to one computer, let me switch between them, and let me broadcast the result (to ustream or stickam would be the best). To repeat - there will be no video camera(s) plugged into the switcher computer - the cameras are webcams on other laptops.

I know the quality will suck, I'm ok with that

The closer to free that the solution is, the better.
