Windows Media Player does not directly have support for Hulu. However, you can install Boxee (http://www.boxee.tv/homepage/) and should be able to navigate Hulu as well as select content providers.
The next step is integrating Boxee into Media Center so you can use your remote. A tutorial is available (see source links) to accomplish this.

However, you can download Hulu Desktop, which will allow you to stream Hulu videos without the use of a web browser. You can get it here: http://www.hulu.com/labs/hulu-desktop

As far as I know, there is no way to get Hulu to work with Windows Media Player. Sorry! However, you can download Hulu Desktop, which will allow you to stream Hulu videos without the use of a web browser. You can get it here: http://www.hulu.com/labs/hulu-desktop

If I recall correctly, Hulu Desktop does support Windows Media Center remotes.

Right, but you can't navigate it in Media Player. You can use the remote, but you have to use Hulu Desktop's interface.
