Ben's Badge is found on the second gull island after you create the rainbow on the first gull island. Once the rainbow is created, go back and talk to ben. It will go to a cut scene of him falling in the water. Then go back to the second gull island, cross the NEW rainbow, and explore the beach. While exploring the beach it will randomly go to a cut scene and you will have ben's badge (: Then return to ben, water his flower, and he will allow you to pass over HIS rainbow to Mt. Gelato.
