The fireants in Greyditch come from Marigold Station. You need to talk to Bryan West to get the quest "Those". You will usually pick this/him up behind the Super Duper Mart.
Investigate Greyditch and kill all the fireants there. In the West's house, the shed, and the house across the street there will clues to the fireant problem.
