wheres the key to the scrapyard house

theres a house in scrapyard in fallout 3 and theres no key for it it says you need a key to oopen the doior but i canhtr find it where is it

You have to get the contract killer perk. Once you get that you can go to the house and sell them the ears of good people you've killed in the wasteland for caps and bad karma.

try this:

reach level 14
have negative karma
perception statistic of 6 or higher.
