If you need the best site for game cheats, guides and other stuff, I believe GameFAQS is your best bet:

I did a quick check at the cheats section and it doesn't look like there are any godmode codes in the game (kinda odd since Turok games usually have a plethora of cheats IIRC from the n64 days). Maybe one of the guides in the above link has more info.
