where are all the 3 computers in the vault tec HQ? i have found 2 but cant find the last one.

They are all in the Vault-Tec headquarters "Administration" area. One is right when you come in on the right. The other two are on each side of the Mainframe. It is a pretty linear area, you can't get too lost. But fyi, if you already know the location of the Vaults (from the main quest) you will not be able to unlock the door to the mainframe. I don't know if it is like this on all platforms but it is a known bug for Xbox 360.
