No one knows. They're in the middle of another filler right now, the ZanpakutÅ Unknown Tales. Of the canon material they're in the middle of the big Defend Karakura Town arc with the shinigami vs Aizen's Arrencar army.
So yeah, the Bleach anime won't be ending anytime soon until the manga does, which is even farther in this "Aizen vs everyone" arc with the Vizards showing up to fight against the Arrencar and Aizen (Finally!)
Though episode 232 was recently released via fansubs this week.
