I don't know your type but these games made it in my list:

Age of Empires: Mythologies
Bleach: The 3rd Phantom
Bomberman Story
Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia

Hi

You didn’t say what kind of games you like: RPG, Action, and Simulation…. There are many great games for Nintendo therefore I’ll recommend you to do like I usually do read the games story.
