I always have, at this point... Yuri up front, then Estellise in the back Raven on free run and Rita in the back opposite to Estellise.

It all depends on the fight. For exploring i used a healer and magican in the back and to ass kickers in front. But for some bosses you just want 3 asskickers and a healer or three magicians and a healer.
