I have experienced my fair share of xbox achievement addiction. It just seems to grip one and doesn't let go. I don't think I will ever have enough. It was an extremely clever move by Microsoft.
For me the easiest gamescore/achievements by far was EA Fight Night Round 3. The achievements are handed out in 100 or 125 points at a time.
Fable 2 seems to hand out about 250 points within the first 2 hours of play. Haven't finished it yet so I am not sure how the rest of the game will be though.
As previously mentioned King Kong is a pretty good one.
Gears of War 2 will give you a couple of hundred for finishing the single player campaign and it is worth giving it a go. May be tougher to achieve full completion though.
Dirt will give you quite a bit of score within an hour or so of play.
Condemned is not too tough and gives you a regular 10 points as you play through.
Grid is also not too tough and will give you a couple hundred points during the first couple hours of play.
Hope that helps

NCAA 2005's achievements can be gotten pretty much by playing as Ohio State and winning games, blocking punts, etc. None of those are all that difficult either.
You can plow through King Kong pretty fast and all its nine achievements are based entirely on playing through the story campaign.
Although, gamerscore means less if you pump it up with too many lame games...

What are some Xbox 360 games with all easy achievements?
I know about the 2006 sports games, Eragon, TMNT, movie based games like Cars, surfs Up etc, CSI Hard Evidence, Oblivion, Fallout 3, Halo 3, Avatar, Carcassone, Uno, Aegis Wing, and Dash of Destruction. Are there any other games with and easy 200/200, 1000/1000, 1100/1100, or 1250/1250?

Call of Duty 2 and Call of Duty 4's achievements can be grabbed on one go-through if you can handle Authentic difficulty, and neither has achievements that require online play. NCAA 2005's achievements can be gotten pretty much by playing as Ohio State and winning games, blocking punts, etc. None of those are all that difficult either.
