A just input is when you hit the next button in a combo at the exact time the move before landed on your opponent, only certain combos qualify as a just input.

A just impact is the same as a gaurd impact but with perfect timing, this also counts as a just input

There is offensive ways to get just inputs, some characters have combos that end in just inputs. For example i used rafael's 4B(hold) to go into that "preparation" stance (i think thats what it called) amd you can either rapidly tap B and he'll go into combo that has a just input at the end of it. To have your best chances just keep hitting B really fast and 3/4 times it comes out as a just input, there is also another one out of the preparation stance that uses K instead of B, and that only comes out to two hits. I think Tira has a just input in her offensive moveset too, so your best bet is to look at the movesets of your fav characters and find one that you like
