The best console games?

Some of us gals were chatting about back to school presents for their young people. I told them I'd ask and pass suggestions along.

Apparently Fallout3, Halo3 and the "Wii" system are very popular? What are these games about?

Any other suggestions?

I like left for dead it is a fun game you take care of your team while thy take
care of you watch out for you team work together now versus is a little more hard to play you have to get to know the figure you are going to use like its
controls and powers it has i have played versus so many time and i cant tell you how many times i have been kicked off because i did not know how to use the zombies . coop is the best i love it i have a good friend i play it with in campaign mode.

no I don't sell them online. I give them to convents, kids, and friends in person. take care Don! Please be sure you get "best answer" credit for this one. I had a hard time getting this one to click in.
