-Try setting the difficulty to "easiest," all the way to the left. Personally, I didn't know this setting even existed until recently, and was getting stuck trying to do this myself.
-Set the match length to 1 round. This way you can blaze through the characters, unlock all of the others necessary to get to Gouken, and get through the whole process quicker.

Starting to think I'm never going to unlock Gouken for Street Fighter 4. Any tips?
