on saints row 2, what is the use for the combine and the fire extinguisher?

The Combine you can unlock by completing Chop Shop lists (it's called the "Kent" in your crib garage list). It's basically a vehicle with a giant spiked grill you can use to shove cars and run over people.

The Fire Extinguisher is used for the Fire Truck diversion to put out the targeted fires on your map HUD. You have to return to your fire truck to refill its "ammo".

The fire extinguisher is used in the Fireman diversion. You have to drive a fire truck to different locations and put out fires with the extinguisher. It can be used as a weapon, but it's not lethal.

I don't know anything about the combine.
