Although there are no reported game-ending glitches (such as achievement/trophy glitches, or glitches that disable you from completing the game), there are glitches that I have come across in playing this game:

-I have fallen through the level on 4-1, Im not sure why this happened but I was able to reload the checkpoint upon killing myself just fine..
-Sometimes when loading the disc from the dashboard, for some odd reason my copy gives a disc read error when trying to reload a certain chapter (but this could be the system rather than the game itself).
-In the trainyard I once got stuck briefly inside one of the traincars when I was needing to be "revived."

In this game, there are alot of game flaws that enable certain users to exploit the game (like me):

-The biggest one will be the save system and the sell value of rotten eggs, when exploiting both of these the user will receive max money to upgrade/buy weapons/armor/healthsprays. To do this you will need to have two controllers/two profiles or a friend to do this with. Get one rotten egg, and dupe it to have a full inventory (45 rotten eggs). To dupe it you simply give the player the egg and exit without saving, while the other player saves; that way you will still have your egg and so will they. Do this duping method over and over until you can give 45 eggs to the player, that player sells the eggs for 90,000 every 45 = infinite money.
