is there a way to collect two or more of the same treasure by re-doing the chapter...for example the heart of africa?

for example, if you defeat wesker and collect the heart of africa, once you clear that chapter can you re-do it and collect it again and again, etc...?

Yes, you can. You don't HAVE to sell treasures. It's a good idea to, to get your weapons upgraded, but you don't HAVE to.

Since I got the Takin' It To The Max! Achievement, I haven't sold any of my treasures. I have a nice stock pile going.

Just note that you don't need the treasures in your inventory to get the They Belong In A Muesum achievement. You just need to have found them once.
