From my understanding Project Natal will be an attachment to the 360 to avoid the need for a new console. However, Microsoft isn't talking price point yet. I think it will be surprisingly inexpensive though, under $120.

Since it's just an addon, I don't think so. That would be a very unwise move from Microsoft. The hardware is not difficult to build and its not expensive.
Microsoft's goal is to get the casual gamer to play. If they want this to go into every house in the world then they need to make it cheap.
