Is playing PS3. Does anyone know why you have to have a PlayStation network card to purchase game?

You don't really need a PlayStation network card, you can also use a credit card. However, if you don't have one of those, the PlayStation network card is indeed your only means of buying 'credit' for the Playstation Store.
Sony does not use paypal or any other online paying system. It is credit card or PSN card.

yeah, you should buy a network card to pay for your games, I find it from google, http://www.hotcdkey.com/PlayStation-Network-Card.html, they will send you with email, check with online and phonecall, just need 15 minutes you will get it!
