In the video Walkthrough Part 2, while in the volcano there is the spear that Jason has. How do I get it?

The spear that Jason is wearing is different from the one in the real game and when I went to the oracle of delphi, there is a path to the right, behind the the girl, it leads to a door that in the game I never got to open.

Please see Mahalo's page on Rise of the Argonauts Weapons. It lists the different weapons and a brief description of how to obtain them.

There is also a FAQ on IGN that gives all the weapon and armor locations.
