Well, my guess would be that it's a problem with the disk, since it always stops at the same point, the disk drive is trying to read the same data and the data there is corrupted for one reason or another. Should it happen again with a different disc, you can try clearing your 360's cache (though understand what this does before doing it by reading the source below, it mainly just clears out game updates and cached game data).

To clear your cache:
1. Go to system settings
2. Select memory
3. Select the Hard drive and press Y
4. Now press X, X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X, X.

Hope you can get past that point.
