According to this wiki http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/White_House
"It can be difficult to find the location of the White House. The way to get there is to exit the Penn. Ave Northwest station in Pennsylvania Avenue, go up the stairs, and proceed straight until you reach the building to the north. You will see a manhole cover on the sidewalk at the southwest corner of the building leading to Utility which in turn connects to the White House."

And here is the Presidential Metro http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Presidential_Metro
"The Presidential Metro is a network of metro tunnels that is added to Fallout 3 in the Broken Steel add-on.
It connects the Presidential Sub Level beneath the White House with Adams Air Force Base and The Capitol Building's East Wing. Protected and maintained by a computer system called M.A.R.Go.T., the area is guarded by Sentry Bots and swarming with ghouls."

In Fallout 3, how do you get into the White House and also how do you get into the Presidential Metro?
I've been playing this game forever and it's STILL fun!! I love it! I've finished the game, and still enjoy exploring the wastes and DLC
.
However, I've been all through the Congressional Building and still can't find a key to the Presidential Metro, and I still can't get near the actual White House (I know it was hit and the area is super-radiated, but there must be SOMETHING there...
My theory is that the Presidential Metro leads to the White House, however I can't find the damned key to the door in Congress!! Any ideas on locating the key??
