To do this, go to button configuration in the options menu. Two of the buttons (probably L1 and L2) should already be mapped to do this. If this is alright for you, then leave it alone. Personally I like having them on the R1 and R2 buttons because it feels better to me, but that's a matter of preference.
Now when you want to do an ultra combo for Ryu, do quarter circle forward, quarter circle forward, and then just press the button that you mapped LP+MP+HP to.

PS: You can set in the control settings to one button, i like L1 for all 3 punches and L2 for all 3 kicks

I assume that you're using the PS3 controller. The motion for Ryu's ultra combo is quarter circle forward, quarter circle forward, and then all of the punch buttons at the same time. Since it's hard to hit all of the punch buttons at the same time on the PS3 controller, you should map a single button to press all three at once. To do this, go to button configuration in the options menu. Two of the buttons (probably L1 and L2) should already be mapped to do this. If this is alright for you, then leave it alone. Personally I like having them on the R1 and R2 buttons because it feels better to me, but that's a matter of preference.
