unsccorps.com and they said that skulls will not be present in ODST. Is this true?

This is false, I own the game and skulls are present. Although, they cannot be found throughout the levels like Halo 2 & Halo 3. Instead, you already have them and can activate them whenever you want to by going to the campaign lobby and selecting which ones you want activated.
