I reached level 20 and from then on, I got no more experience points for anything! Was it a bad karma thing?

nothing to addd really. jts playing along, hit level 20, got to the first little marker point and then went dead on me. Nothing I killed, hacked, picked, accomplished, goals etc..made me go up any higher.
Dudes I'm broke or I'd pay. Honestly. I'm just a dude looking to play and if I have some suggestions, I'll help put them here for you all. .

DLC available later this month "Broken Steel" will raise the cap to 30 though...

No, Fallout 3 has a level cap at 20. You can't earn anything beyond that. You could still find Fallout 3 Bobbleheads and other Fallout 3 Collectibles like skill books to increase your stats.

Level 20 is the maximum level you can currently reach in the game. If you download the Broken Steel DLC which is slated for release later this year, the cap will be moved up to level 30.
