I have guitar hero for xbox 360-the drums, mike & 2 guitars. If I buy wii sytem & game will the guitars etc work from the 360 bundle set

No the items for the Wii game console are not compatible with the Xbox 360, just as the ones for the Xbox 360 would not be compatible for the Wii. The best option if you are looking to expand on what you have is to just buy additional instruments for your systems as there is no cross compatibility on the Guitar Hero games on different game systems.
