Ok, your question doesn't actually make sense, but I'm going to try to answer it anyway :P I'm assuming you're wondering how to enter cheats?
Use either the guitar controller or the Xbox controller to enter the code. I find it easier with the guitar. The letters correspond to a button color. Hold down the button and hit the strum bar to enter it:
G = Green
R = Red
Y = Yellow
B = Blue
O = Orange
GR = Green + Red (at the same time)
BY = Blue + Yellow, etc.

PS: Using cheats may/will disable Achievements.
