First answerer gave a very long, thorough answer. But I have found that the easiest, though cheapest, way is to do a stamina match and set your stamina to one. Do that 450 times, and by the time you are done, you will have all of them. I got every character in less than 2 hours. After that I did the campaign, and it was fun, but if you are only looking for guys for multiplayer, I would do it the way I recommended.
