Break Your Groin
The Wall - Ollie, then hit Y to get rid of the deck

25mph or 40km/h and a Hand Gesture
Here you'll need to get some speed and some air. Find a high ledge that is at the bottom of a hill or incline. Launch yourself off the ledge and while in midair perform a hand gesture by pressing one of the four directional buttons.
