How do you turn on infinite ammo after you pass the game, there is a spot do change infinite ammo on, but when you do it doesn't work.

After passing the game, if you restart you can turn infinite ammo on before gameplay starts. But when I do that it isn't in the game. I even upgraded my gun fully thinking the last upgrade would be infinite like in RE4 but no luck.

You actually have to do both of the things you mentioned. Turn infinite ammo on via the menu, then fully upgrade your weapon with the cheat on, and then, in "Bonus Features" section of the shop, you'll be able to buy the infinite ammo for a fully upgraded weapon with your points.

1. In Bonus Features menu, select the weapon you want the infinite ammo on.
2. In Special Settings, turn on the Infinite Ammo.
3. The game will save.
4. Blast away.
