how do you get the magic for all your people on lost odyssey?

we are on dis 2 but we want 2 get the magic so we can use it when we need it

To get magic for all of your characters is pretty simple. For every immortal, try joining the immortals skills with the Mortals that know magic. Nearly every mortal has magic and if there are a few characters with no magic, try conjoining them with other characters and you may end up with different skills and magic.
