"the frozen fish are in the icebergs, you have to break them with a rock. once you give the creature all the fish he gives you special legs and then you can cross the bridge"

"He's standing near the area where the fish are. They're frozen in the water. Throw rocks at the ice chunks in the water and then walk out into the water with water-walk legs on to pick up the fish. Doing this for the Fyristook will get you his legs which you can then use to cross the frozen path without getting killed."
