#1. You likely did something against their rules/terms of service that caused the ban in the first place.

#2. E-mail their support staff explaining your side of the situation. You can find this address on their webpage. If you're lucky, they'll turn a sympathetic ear to you and help you out.

#3. (Less ethical) create a new account with a different e-mail address, and start over again, this time remembering not to break the rules. :-)
