how do i install elderscrolls oblivion mods using OBSE

i have OBSE correctly installed i just do not know how to install or run mods with the program. I have and use OBMM and love OMODS but there are many that require OBSE to run. I just need to know how or where to extract files or whatever in order to run obse mods for oblivion.

There is this line: Whenever you want to use a mod that requires OBSE (such as ours), you must start Oblivion through the "obse_loader.exe"! Failure to do so will prevent such mods from working.

Those of us who answered tried our best to do so. Person who asked should have tried those recommendations and gotten back to us if they worked, etc or not.

My cousin helped me when I had the same problem, because I am not a very good person with mods. But he helped me out with this site, has everything to know about Oblivion Script Extender:

Now you might get some errors with launching oblivion depending what version you have. (some are not supported)

Also make sure everything is in the oblivion directory.
