how do i get on the last mission in act2 gaurd at apr headquarters lets me in i go upstairs both doors locked no one there

Look at your map, is there a mission icon on the APR headquarters. You may have finished all the APR missions or for some reason you may need to complete a UFLL mission first. This happened to me in ACT 1. I thought I had a mission left, but it was from the other side. Also, check your journal and make sure it isn't telling you to finish up previous mission or underground mission.
