Fallout 3 The Pitt: What door does the Power Plant Key open? You get it off of Wernher's desk in the Steelyard.

I found a small key on Wernher's desk after I chased him out of his hideout. It's called a Power Plant Key, but I'm not sure what door it opens...

I believe it's used to enter the Pitt Underground. One of the entrances is in the steelyard, near a wrecked train.
